The Greater Pascack Valley Chamber of Commerce has a long history of supporting the residents and businesses in the greater Pascack Valley. It was formed by several businessmen in the mid 1970’s not only to promote the businesses in the Pascack Valley, but also to engage in philanthropic activities throughout the 10 towns comprising the Greater Pascack Valley.
Over the years the Chamber grew and inaugurated their annual “Citizen of the Year” dinner where a local resident or business/organization active in their community was honored for their work.
Each January the mayors and/or their delegate of the 10 towns address the concerns and/or accomplishments of their towns at the Breakfast with the Mayors. The question and answer format gives local constituents an opportunity to find out what is happening in their towns and is covered by the local media.
